Dr. Biyan Chen, an associate professor in the School of Geoscience and Info-Physics of Central South University. He received his B.S. degree in Surveying and Mapping Engineering from University of Science and Technology Liaoning in 2009, M.S. degree in Geodesy and Geodesy Engineering from Central South University in 2012; and Ph.D. degree in Geodesy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2017. His research interests include GNSS meteorology, atmospheric water vapor retrieval, ionospheric anomaly detection.
