Jia Li was born in Yiyang, China, in 1986. He received the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in geodesy and surveying engineering from Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He is currently a full lecturer with the Department of Geomatics, School of Geosciences and Info-Physics, Central South University. He has published more than 10 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Earth-Science Reviews, Remote Sensing of Environment, Journal of Hydrology, Global and Planetary Change, and Journal of Glaciology. His research interests include remote sensing of cryosphere, photogrammetry, and synthetic aperture radar interferometry.
