Qirong Li was born in Xiantao, Hubei, in 1994. He received the B.E. degree at Changchun Institute of Technology in June, 2018.

Now, he has been studying for the Master's degree in Geo-science and Info-Physics school of Central South University since September, 2018, with the research interest in monitoring mineral areas using remote sensing
