杨泽发,男,1988年12月出生,贵州瓮安人,博士,中南大学特聘教授。
截止目前共发表学术论文20余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在《ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing》、《IEEE Transactions on Geosciences and Remote Sensing》《Journal of Geodesy》等期刊发表SCI论文11篇,累计影响因子超过45。
