何奇峰，2001年10月生，湖南人。 本科毕业于中南大学测绘工程专业，现于中南大学攻读测绘科学与技术的博士学位。研究方向:InSAR多稳定参考点相位解算

Qifeng He, was born in Hunan Province in October 2001. He received his bachelor’s degree in Surveying and Mapping Engineering from Central South University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology at Central South University. His research focuses on the construction of multi-reference point phase solution models to improve the accuracy and reliability of InSAR results.
